OrthoSynetics is pleased to announce that the company has settled its litigation against Dr. Hector Bush who has returned to the company as an affiliated doctor having entered into a new Practice Services Agreement. This is a very positive development for both parties and we look forward to settling disputes with other litigating doctors in the near future.
